Hey Staff! My main account (that was named TheBrunner and previously Dub_) was hacked and i can't get it back. I was wondering if i could have my immortal rank back on another account (JubulalaALTF4). I can prove in many ways that the account was mine if needed. I love playing prison in mcc and have been playing it for many years now and cant afford to buy a rank again. Thank you!
I will just copy and paste the response you received on your discord ticket: We unfortunately don't transfer ranks For many reasons, but one example here could be that you sold the account for PayPal deal, got more money cus it has immortal rank and now you would be asking to transfer the rank to another account. But yes, ranks won't be transferred, they are account specific
