    I created a post asking about how to redeem the monthly ancient keys from my immortal rank and was told the automatically go to my account as if I had purchased them, as of today I have not received a single ancient key (bought my immortal rank probably over a year ago now).

    If someone can fix this or guide me through this I would greatly appreciate it!
