Hey there! Support forums is more known for getting multiple players'/staff's opinions on certain issues. This is more of a scenario for the community discord. Another way to find a middleman would be to go to other sub servers and find an online staff. By the way, any staff can middle man for you because staff in general can't scam (So if only a helper is available, you can ask them). In addition, there's a severity 3 rule against scamming anywhere other than Prison and Factions, so you can simply record your deal and report if something does happen.
