I come here to complain because after 1 day of having bought one of the best vips of this server banned me for having disconnected from the server while it was frozen I'll mention that nobody told me that could not close the minecraft the only scene they told me was to enter the discord and I entered and there was no one there. referring also that they will not let me complain on their site about my ban I ask you to disburse me or give me back the money I invested in this serve

Our ToS states we have all right to ban you with no refund Secondly, the frozen GUI says to NOT log out or you will be banned You have to either wait out the ban or appeal over at www.mccentral.org/appeal Making threads like these will not resolve anything - Locked
