You were punished for "fly," which is the easiest hack you can detect. From that, I personally do not believe that you were false banned just because it's so easy to detect "fly". It's almost impossible that you can mistake it for something else. Anyhow, you are free to create a report staff ticket if you want to report the staff member. Also, when creating an appeal, make sure you are polite. If you were falsely punished, you will have to provide proof of that. Moderators+ do not need proof when punishing as they have frequent reviews they have to attend to ensure that they are aware of what hacks are.
