So i have Immortal Rank and your supposed to get a ancient key every month and for the month of april I belive I haven't gotten. So if theres anything I can do please let me know.

Hey there Zippy! First and foremost, make sure that you really do have an issue before submitting a ticket. Immortals receive their monthly on the first day of each month - 1am MST. Make sure that you had your rank before the first of April, because if you didn't, you won't get a key until 5/1. If the issue persists and you're sure there's a problem with it, make sure to send an email to what was listed above, [email protected].
