So I just loaded up my Minecraft 1.8.9 Forge to play on a server. I was getting 20FPS with an i5 8400 and a GTX 1060. I closed the game and ran 1.8.9 and 1.14.4 both without forge. Still the same. 20-30 FPS. I also tried the 1.15 pre-3, but the same problem occured. Hellonya! First, I suggest checking your settings in MC. You can lag a lot from just weird settings. Then, check your recent downloads. Were they anything noteworthy? I have a PC but it definitely got slower when I downloaded my games. If none of these apply, just go to the good old minecraft reinstall. I hope you can get it fixed! Seenya!
