hello! i am currently making a skywars map, i will be putting a link in heree to a youtube video to show what i have so far! i need as many suggestions as possible please! also, before anyone says it, i will be adding more candles, i need help deciding what looks good for the flame at the top and what should go on the inside, what you saw is what i have rn.
Hey, dude that looks good! You should probably add a ladder somewhere to access the top/bottom of the cakes and presents, but seeing that a map with a cake already exists I doubt your map will get added. But it does look good so keep working on it and try to turn it in! GL dude!

that’s a super cool map for mcc’s “bday” coming up in october, but just a reminder since i saw some concrete skywars maps can only use 1.8 blocks i think maybe some things you could add is a glass flame (made out of glass panes) instead of an actua flame since i think fire spread is on and mid would prolly be all burnt down by the time someone could pearl to mid (again not 100% sure) maybe spread the chests in mid out more so they’re not all in one area yk
Ok, first off, make like 12 islands and scatter them as far as possible from not only each of the islands, but also the middle island. Like every other skywars map on MCC, make the spawn like the size of Hawaii itself and add like 3 op enchant tables. Oh, did I mention to put like 4 holes that are the size of practically craters so you can fall in the void and not from someone actually killing you with their weapon. But uhhhhhhh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, add /enchant thank you Darr3n!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s looking great so far. Something I would like to see added/changed are. There should be a way the get from the bottom to the tops of the presents fairly easily. Another thing is that in my opinion the mid chests are a little too close together. I like the pillars that are going on, but I think it would be a little better if the room were a 3by3 instead of a 2by2 so the chests have a block gap in between them. I also think there should be a way to get to the mid loot from the top of the cake like by ladders or stairs, but the enchantment table could stay hidden; And lastly remember to have Easter eggs/Secrets some where in the map.
