So as you all know, survival reset for the first time in over a year but is still on 1.12.2. Just wondering why that is.
Hey there! Unfortunately, updating the server to the latest version is a lot more technically challenging than you may think. The latest versions of Minecraft are not optimized enough for servers as big as MCC (at the moment). Mojang is currently working on adjusting the combat in future updates and increasing performance with these versions, so it's possible that the next Survival Season could be a later version of Minecraft.
