   Hi, I have a very old account on minecraft, I bought the gold rank on the server around 2013 or 2014, my nick is "Alaain", but when I logged in today, after a few years, my rank disappeared, and I always heard say it was eternal, were the ranks reset? if not, why did i lose mine?

   Ranks were not reset throughout the years. Ranks did come and go such as Redstone, but you still should’ve had your gold rank. I recommend following the steps in this thread :)
