Loss my /sell all command

Hello, I bought emerald rank and 5 mythical keys, it took forever to give it to me like 10 minutes. Finally when it did, I first got 5 mythical keys on the prison server but NO emerald rank. I used my 5 mythical keys, got tier 1 money pouches AND a /sell all command paper. I used my /sell all command paper, then I relogged and had emerald rank in LOBBY, but not on prison. Then, I relogged again and finally had emerald on prison server as well. After all this, I went to mine at warp X mine and I was not able to use /sell all command. I think it's because the server set my rank as emerald AFTER I had used my /sell all paper command. Can you please fix this and help me? I need access to /sell all permission.
