Hello, I have been an Active Member of MCC since 2015. I have continued since then to partake in this Community, and grow alongside it. However, with the recent change from Enjin, I thought we could take a look back at some things from the Old MCC. These are my very own personal memories, however, if you like this post, and you'd like me to make another on the bigger events from the old MCC then comment below and I'll do another in the future looking back and more older MCC content. Personal Memories: My Date with xAless Yes, some of you might remember who xAless was, and most of the newer Members probably wouldn't, however she was one of the most entertaining and kindest Staff I have ever came across and so this was funny for me to look back on. Ah, well, since I first met Drew, I have never looked at Cows the same, this man changed my entire perception of them, he was a really, really good Staff Member and I'm honestly sad to see him not apart of this community anymore. Again, another Staff Member that some people might remember as he built his way through the ranks of MCC. However, he was not as highly known as Drew, he had just as much as a wild personality. Despite seeing the picture and laughing at what I used to nickname him, deep down I do still wish he was here. Glissando Well, I don't really remember this Staff Member much, I do however remember me talking to them as they were promoted to Helper, and congratulating them on their new User-Group. MY BIRTHDAY! Well, I remember back when I didn't have any friends, I was lucky enough to be wished Happy Birthday by the beautiful Enjin. Yes, seeing this award on my profile a YEAR after registering really, really made me happy. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. My first ever Signature. Yes, I know it's not interesting and quite frankly it's boring, but I think it deserves a mention because for the very first time I actually looked "Cool" on the forums with this Signature. Thanks to: Awakenings on Enjin for making me this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. My best ever Build Champion Creation. I know, it's silly to assume that a professional builder like myself couldn't do any better than a dark skinned baby in a nappy, but it's true, since 2015, I haven't done anything as good. (Btw, I'm really sad that Build Champion has died now, I used to love playing this.) I cri everytim. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. My Introduction into Enjin MCC. Boring, old, useless. It was however what put me onto the map when I first started playing MCC. Creative Hu? Yeah, I've always been good at Forum Posts. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9. I quit. Yup, we have all done this at some-point in our life, we have played on a Server or community for many, many years and decided to venture onto other things. This is what I did here, however, I did return because I soon realized that most of my best times, and friends have been founded on MCC. Yup, so after denial, denial, denial and sheer quiet from our senior staff member Aless, I was awoken to find this amazing post on my wall, and still to this day it has me smiling because she even called it a "Strip Club" and said it was 1 if not THE best memory she'd ever made on the Server. Alright, well now I'll do 1 more memory to jog your mind back... Do you remember on Enjin when anyone and everyone used to "LOCK" their walls? Alex did it, 50% of the Staff Team did. Lock, Lock, Lock. Sorry, you can't post here. Uh, those were the days right?... Well, that's my best 10 memories from the old MCC days. When everyone could lock away their walls on Enjin and play Build Champions without it being dead. I would be correct in saying that many of you will read this post, and have absolutely no idea who I am or who I was.... I get that. I kept myself to myself and despite me being here for Years, I was low-key. Many of the newer Members of MCC would have no idea who I or who any of these people were, well, besides Drew because he's in the HUB. That's fine too. I'm not doing this to make a name for myself, I'm doing this because I really do look back a lot and miss how things used to be, and although I'm grateful for change and have adapted to it, I'd also like to have a fresh start here with fresh people and meet, greet and talk to all new faces. Then, if I'm still here in 5 years, I might be doing another forum post reminiscing about all of you. That's all I wanted to share, thanks for reading. Vize.
Seeing everyone make posts and stuff like this makes me regret not keeping any mementos. Been here since the server released and got nothing to show for it Also staff still lock their walls
Nothing changes then eh?, plus, don’t worry dude, you can start taking memories now, you’ll be able to show them in the future as I’m sure things will still change from now overtime.
I think MCC changed us in a lot of ways. I grew up playing on this server. Came across all different kind of people, made friendships, lost friendships, had the funniest moments of my life but also raged a lot. It made me grow mentally and as a person. MCC has always been present in my life and I am so proud of being a member of the community for over 5 years. Thanks everyone! I hope you have a great day/night! - Dayks
I couldn’t of said this better myself dude, this is exactly what I tried saying in my Thread and I absolutely agree with your Statement. It’s good to see someone else who’s been here from the beginning.
I Remember When Creative Plots Were Tiny And Redstone Rank Was Available Also Immortal Ranks Was Not There Legend Was The Top Just Upgraded To Immortal From Legend
Really cool to learn about other people’s memories being on MCC. I remember being really active on Lavacraft and moving here when it died because this was Alex’s other server, but then I did play on other servers after that and quit minecraft completely after a while so I don’t really have any special memories. But now I’m playing on MCC again & it’s good to be back on minecraft after a few years of not playing at all.
Ah, the classic Redstone Rank, I do remember purchasing this rank, and continuing to play with it for quite some time before Upgrading. I also remember being Legend and being top of the rank list, for a while. Then, Immortal came along, and now I need to spend more money to become king again, haha. I will get around to doing this once I next get paid.
Literally, I wouldn’t be surprised if they got enough Immortal donations and then released another rank head of it, and then we will all be upgrading again, soon the highest rank will be about £500.
