I'm trying to buy my friend the ability to have a kit in survival games as a gift. She wants to be able to start out with armor and weapons and such when playing survival games. Is that actually a thing? and if so what do I need to buy for her gift? Thanks!
Hi there, All minigames have an in-game shop where players can exchange credits for abilities/perks. Starting chests ("kits") on survival games are no exception to this and you can access this store by right clicking the emerald when you join an SG lobby. However, your friend will need to earn credits themselves in order to buy these items. If you wish to buy her a gift, you could purchase a donator rank which will allow her to earn credits faster. Lapis rank+ earns double credits while Diamond rank+ earns credits 2.5x faster. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
To add onto this, the only actual in-game item that ranks give is a wolf egg. If you purchase your friend Iron rank or higher, they will always spawn in-game with a wolf spawn egg. Other than this, everything is purchased via credits as stated above. Note: The tier chests aren't guaranteed to give you a weapon or full armor, however tier 3 chest gives you a diamond helmet 100% of the time.
The best way to start with armour is SG is by having the 3 chests. You are unable to gift credits/ credit purchases on MCC, but the the chests aren’t overly expensive, and just by playing you should be able to get enough credits to buy them reasonably quickly.
