As of now, i'm almost certain there is no way of finding out the exact percentages, but you can see it's "Rarity" ~ Common, rare, legendary and epic, by checking the items the key can give and hovering over specified items. I think it would be nice to see the percentage chance added but who knows if it will ever be visible.
