There is a player, godisback666 that is pretending to be God, since I am considerably offended by this, I reported him. However, it was denied. the rules state Abuse of Another User/Disrespect/Harassment is severity 1. does this not include other people who are not playing at the moment, or family of players?
Hey! Pretending to be "God" is not disrespectful or harassment, unless they are constantly messaging you and disturbing you. Looking at the CR, the player did not say anything rude nor did they target the message. If this bothers you, you can /ignore the player to no longer view their messages
