    October 5th the User Jahxn gave me a Stone shovel that was renamed to.... shown in picture.

    That indeed is not allowed and not nice >:(
    However if you wish to report a player you can do that by clicking     here instead of using the Support Forums. Also you would need to submit sufficient video evidence of the player giving you the item since there is no way for us knowing if this actually occured by just a screenshot.
