Soooooo I took a vid of this person who looks like they're using speed. Report was denied... it looks so much like speed. In the video I was running uncrouched and struggled to keep up LOL
Well what looks like speed is an effect perk. I know that. For the speed part I don’t think there’s enough evidence for me to tell or for a staff member to accept the report.
Not sure I get you on the "effect perk" part, but I'm gonna get a video of someone doing the exact motion xJooley was doing and show that it may be speed. It's more obvious in the beginning of the video.
