   So in Vanilla Minecraft no one in creative can take void damage
   
   But in a plugin world they do
   
   Is this a bug>?

   Hey MrStAtman80,
   
   Some worlds and gamemodes have void damage disabled; example Skyblocks you don't take void damage, but are instead warped to /spawn.
   
   Every world where its behavior is different to pure vanilla is intentional.
