Increases speed in water during survival games.

    I have seen countless people move fast in water like they have depth strider (except they don't) in survival games. I have checked the perks for each rank and this is not a perk given. I have noticed that they tend to crouch, then start to move fast in the water. Is this a type of hack, and is it bannable?

    They are using minecraft version 1.13 or higher. In those versions swimming is faster then the others, This is not a hack nor bannable.​
