I purchased 2 mythical keys and 2 ancient keys over 20 mins ago and they still arent popping up

hello hello! so firstly i’d check your email to make sure you got a recipt n’ confirmation; check to see if you inserted your ign correct, etc.. as well as, try reloading your game.
if those do not work,
you can email [email protected] for any donations issues.
just be sure to include transaction ID, explain the situation, give the email u used to purchase the rank, your ign, and exact date or estimated date of
when u purchased it.
