staff can't remove reports, they'd deny it if names and/or evidence doesn't add up; however, you can always reply to it fixing whatever you need to fix... like, you can just say in the reply message the actual ign unfortunately, I can't really show a good visual since I don't have any pending reports, but i hope this explanation works hope this helps have a great day
Hiya! As an ex-reports team member you can also ask a staff member to deny/lock a report or as what puposaurus said, there's an option to reply to the report (if it has not been locked yet) and provide with the correct information that you didn't put the first time around.
