If you ever need a staff member to come assist you, you can always ask on the Community Discord: https://discord.gg/9jzwQDQ Asking for assistance on the forums isn't the best since it takes longer for us to check, and more specifically this wasn't in the support section. In the future, I suggest either friending staff members in-game to /msgf them if they're online for help, checking each sub-server to see if a staff member is on to help you, or (best way) ask for help in #support on the Community Discord. It doesn't appear that you're online right now, so I suggest doing what I mentioned above if you still need help. I'll be locking the thread.
