    i got appealed and didnt get unmuted ive been waiting for 2hours .... could i please get some help.

    Please be patient because the only person that can unmute you is the staff member who muted you in the first place. Adding on they’re allowed to take 3 days to respond and if the staff member was an admin they can take however long they need.
