I'd say maybe about 4 years ago i used to play on this server constantly and even donated to receive perks. i'm a little upset when i went to play the game again and i've lost all mt perks. I was either emerald or diamond rank too. I know im on the right account because i only have one minecraft account. So i guess my question would be if my account was not active for some time if i have lost that, or if there is anyone that could help attach it back to my account? Thank you
No, you would not lose your account if you were inactive. The rank is permanent. Please create a donation ticket here if you believe this is a mistake.
