    this is a follow up of my concern regarding my purchased rank i already sent an email to this server but i didnt get any response or explain to me the reason why my money got deducted but i didnt get the rank i bought pls return my money back

    hello! the emails do take up to about a week to get a reply. since you already sent one out, i'd just wait a 'lil and be patient. :)

    That picture doesn't really have the necessary information to track the payment. It doesn't even look like you used PayPal or Paymentwall. If you have already sent an email, you must wait until it gets replied to. Please be patient. We don't do refunds by the way.
