I cannot chat?

I searched your name and it does not appear that you are muted. Can you show us a video of this happening so we can help?

 

Try going to into Options -> Chat Settings and then set Chat to Shown

 

As Benz said, this is usually what happens to players who try to have it under the "Commands Shown" part which doesn't work on servers. It would just prevent players from chatting regularly so just do what Benz said and you should be set!
