    I bought a rank upgrade from emerald to diamond and a mythical key... but they aren't appearing in-game.. I would appreciate some help... I have logged four times and that's not helping....

    Hello! What was your payment method? If it was PayPal or just credit card, you should receive them soon. Make sure you relog on your game and wait 24 hours as well.
