    So i went to the link that i was told to, ive been messing around here for a while and i cannot find the exact button for the application msg me if you know! Thanks :)

    Hi there. You don't meet some of the requirements to apply (45 days on forums, 20 forum posts), so you are unable to view the application as of now. That is the correct link to the guidelines, though.

    Eventually, when you are able to submit an application, you can press this button:
