I'm not sure if you're trying to download PC mods for your Phone or whats happening, if you mean on PC just use forge first, it makes a mod folder then you just drag the desired mods into that folder.
hi! to start up, if you have any questions, you can ask me on here or on discord (pussosaurus#5963). so I'm not sure what your sitatuion/deal is since you only put, like, two sentences.. but be sure that the file is unzipped. for texture packs, you can just go to settings (esc) then resource packs then open resource pack folder. then you can just drag in the file into that folder. for mods.. the way i do it is... (ONE) mAKe sure it's a .jar filte.. then right click it and then click open with... - jar launcher from there just follow instructions... if any of that makes sense hope this helped... and sorry for a late reply... if you have any questions pm me :) ~puposaurus
