Was just wondering how I would get into contact with staff? Can I do it through discord? I was false banned and never assessed by a certain staff member who also refused both my appeals and doesn't want to communicate with me. Is there a way to speak to a higher up like a Sr Mod or admin because I haven't gotten any help on forums in the past few days. Thanks :)
Hello xKyloren! The easiest way to get in contact with a staff member is to join the MCC Community Discord: https://discordapp.com/invite/9jzwQDQ. Once you have done that you must log in bla bla wait 10 minutes to talk then after 10 mins ended go to the #support channel and type @Staff Member, can someone message me. If you need a SrMod do @Senior moderator I need help message me. They will DM you and you can explain your issue. However If a staff refused your appeals then i doubt a SrMod can do anything for you.
