How do i become "helper"

To become a moderator you must be a helper first! When you are helper you will get trained for mod too.

This is because you have not met the basic requirements (20 forums posts, Member for 45 days etc)

So in order to become a Helper, you must apply over here. Becoming a Moderator is the second step in joining the staff team, which means you have to initially start out as a Helper.

Adding onto what Sean has said, you'll first need to be promoted to Helper, and then a further promotion would be to mod. The ranks for staff is: Helper -> Moderator -> Senior Moderator -> Admin.
