I purchased 10x mythical keys a week ago and contacted [email protected] providing all of my information, yet they have not responded to my issue. I'm wondering if it normally takes this long to get support as I am getting impatient and nervous. I never received my keys, and I have been logging in every day to hopefully receive them to no avail.
Hey! They can take up to 1 month to sort out the issue. There is only one staff that Alex allows to handle donation issues. -Inj3ction
Well I can say that it doesn't usually take 1 month. That's way above the usual time. It can however take a week but the Donation Issue emails do get checked eventually. Unfortunately there is only 1 person doing them, as Inj3ction said. Please be patient! - Thread Locked
