I used to play on this server a lot a couple years ago and i purchased the diamond ranking and when i log into the same minecraft account my ranking doesn't refresh?? how do i get it back
hello! im not sure if thats something you can prove unless u have old screenshots n such.. for me, i purchased diamond rank quite a while ago and later down the road upgraded my rank,and it's never disapeared.. i don't quite think what you described happens, maybe doubble check youo're logging into the same accounts or you bought the rank on this server, but if worst comes to worst you can try to email [email protected] for any donations issues. you don’t necessarily need, like, a transaction number, but it helps especially in your case, so maybe go scrolling through old emails just be sure to explain the situation give the email u used to purchase the rank, your ign (i believe they usually want the ign it was when u bought the rank from personal experience when i had done one in the past), and exact date or estimated date of when u purchased it. for more info, i’d suggest checking out this thread: https://mccentral.org/community/threads/donation-issues.136/ hope this helped! have a great day
