Hey there, Hackers are very common unfortunately. As of right now, your best bet is to record the player and report them here or put their name in the #support channel in the MCC Community Discord and a staff member will get on top of it.
Hey buddy! I think I should reply on the behalf of the the staff team and say that we are actively removing hackers and rule breakers as soon as we are aware of them. Given how there are many staff members currently, we are at a point where hackers are being removed quickly. We work as fast as we can to remove them as we know how irritating they are, for us aswell as the community as a whole. As @TeddyOreo said, using those two techniques will benefit you greatly if you encounter a cheater as there are times when we are unaware of a cheaters presence, just a simple username will get us to go investigate. Hello, No matter what you really do hackers will be there and the staff team is working hard every day to make that number less and less. MCC has the discord were you can ping staff member and usually reply fast on there if you encounter a hacker in-game. Thanks- UrBorinq
Hi! Hackers can really be a big problem. But staff work as best as they can to keep it in check. A way you could help with the hackers is by recording them and reporting them on the forums. Staff get busy helping players and they cant always watch for cheaters, but they try their best! look into OBS it is a recording software that you can use to record the cheaters and you upload it to youtube and report on the Forums :D Have a great day :D
