Hello- This is bigger then it looks as on some people's eyes they would just say this is not a big deal but in my eyes it's big. This exploit you have found or someone showed you can really help on most water maps on the server as you can (walk) on water and get away faster if someone was going after you. Yo, To be honest, there is a very simple fix to this that would prevent any player from abusing this. Simply remove all the lily pads and replace it with wooden slabs. On breeze island 1, the pathway to the small boat is made of wooden slabs and honestly it wasn't much different from the lily pads in terms of parkour. You can't do any glitches with wooden slabs, so if a staff member could just remove lily pads and replace it with wooden slabs then problem solved. I don't want to say this is the only solution, but come on. This solution is literally the most easiest and least time consuming. Yes, maybe wooden slabs don't blend in well with the water, but there is other blocks they can use to replace lily pads. Hopefully a staff member can just take a few minutes out of their day to do a simple bug fix. Hope you all have a good one. - Pxrge
Technically in a way this could be argued as "Map Exploiting" which is already against the rules. However, more detail should probably be looked at in attempt to move this exploit from the server. After all, you aren't hacking, you are map exploiting.
Thank you!! @UrBorinq even though I don’t play Survival Games, doing my part to get things improved/fixed to make other player’s experience on mcc’s mini-games more enjoyable makes me happy hahah Yeah there’s a lot of alternatives to fix this simple bug!! But since we’re not map creators or developers maybe our “simple” fix may cause more problems that we didn’t think of...Hopefully it does gets patched soon though it’ll make everyone’s experience more enjoyable! Thank you again for letting me create a video on this to bring attention to the problem! KierenBoal replies to the bug report stating that he noted it down. Yeah, definitely. Map Exploiting is the right term! I’ve added a screenshot of that section in the video, stating that it is breaking the rules of MCC and they can get banned for exploiting it. Hopefully it would discourage my viewers to be abusing it and instead bring attention to the bug and get it fixed a bit quicker maybe?
