Hello! To a degree, you may have a point. However, you will not be muted for something you did if it isn't mutable. Check the rules here if you need to see what is mutable. The staff will be able to see in the logs if that chat report was false or not. Therefore, I don't think anything really needs a fix. Make sure to submit a community ticket as well, because posting a thread about it doesn't always get around to staff!
