Farm items despawning

    1. im sorry if this has already been solved/asked
    2. im sorry if this is in the wrong place
    3.sorry if this poorly worded and doesnt make much self

    i cannot say for others but for the past two seasons or so, i had a coco bean and a sugar cane farm, however each time i log on and load my island and fined sugar cane and the coco beans ive placed in my last session have despawned.
    does anyone else have this issue?
    does anyone know a fix?

    im sorry if this has been answered and im sorry for being bothersome

    I would make a bug report on it. If the crops are placed I have no explanation. If an item is on the ground for 2min however, it does get cleared.
    Just make a bug report and staff will deal with it.

    If you are talking about where a line of planted sugar cane randomly disappears, Yes that is a bug and yes we know about it. It has to do with water and the sugar cane being on the chunk border. If this is not what is happening make a bug report like xStrafings said. ​

    I have run into the same issue with cocoa beans. It seems that if you have a large amount, they start to despawn in an area

    the same thing was happenng to me but i think its just my internet and the lag or it might be the clearlag idk
