Donor rank and not Getting full perks

    Alright so, i bought a rank alongg time ago (back when gold rank was red stone) anyways i am not getting any of the perks like lobby stuff ect but the annoying part is when i try to join a full server it tell me i need to be a donor to join! BRO I am a donor i had bought a rank.

    yeah also tried upgrading rank but apparently i don't have a rank so i cant! which makes 0 sense

    The only way to get it dealt with is to make a donations issues ticket, as stated above.
