Hello, My name is JScrub2012. last night i decided to buy the 5 mythical keys for $7.50, never bought them before and wanted to see if i could get lucky and get some expensive items. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes like it said i relogged back on to SB1. I did not receive the keys, so i decided to wait another 30 minutes to see if maybe it was just taking a bit longer for them to register to my account. After those 30 minutes of waiting i still have not received them. I ended up emailing the support about the whole situation, It has been almost 24 hours since the whole situation happened and i still have not yet received the keys or an email back from the support team. If any staff member could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hey! That sucks! first things first did you make sure you typed in your username correctly (with the correct capital and lowercase letters). If so then you did the right thing by sending in a donation support ticket, I'm sure a staff member will get to your email eventually or one of them most likely will reply to this thread soon. If that is unsuccessful and you still haven't gotten your keys I would recommend joining the MC Central Discord Server (https://discordapp.com/invite/9jzwQDQ) and messaging one of the Mods / Admins that online to see what they can do.
