Do ip bans get reset if you get caught ip evading?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by reset?
(If you mean the date to appeal gets pushed forward, then yes. If you evade your IPBan, the 6-month timer is now from your new IP Ban rather than the previous one. )

Once you are IP Banned, every time you join on an account under the current banned IP. That account will be banned for IP Ban Evasion. IP Ban Evasion is a perm ban.
