Didn't get rank...

    I just upgraded from the Diamond rank to Bedrock, but my rank hasn't changed yet. I'm not sure how long it should take but it's been a while so I'm a little concerned.

    Hello! If it doesn't come within 30 minutes after purchasing (and you've relogged), send an email to [email protected], using the instructions in this thread. Note that if you used the Echeck option, it can take up to a week to process. An admin should respond to the email and fix the issue.
