Criticisms / Suggestions.

Okay, so you have quite a bit of things here so I'm going to go down the list here.
1. The lag might be from your end, considering this is an AU based server. I've only noticed consistent lag on Survival Games, but that's been getting fixed up. Making smaller servers would be a handful for the team at the moment, as they have a lot to work with as far as anti-cheat and more.
2. The things disabled in Creative are usually to stop lag. I don't know every single thing blocked on there, but as per your example, fireworks could potentially cause lag if spammed / abused.
3. /Report has been an overly saturated topic on the server, and clearly it wouldn't work out if implemented. Video evidence is the best way to catch the hackers, since the hackers could simply log off or stop using them if someone calls them out. Some other people have said after a certain amount of reports, it's an auto ban. This too wouldn't work because of false bans being easy to do. Overall this idea has been gone over many times and has concluded to be inefficient to do.
4. Sorry, but there shouldn't be limits on scamming. That's a main factor in Prison (and Factions), and if you're willing to take the risk of being scammed out of keys you payed real money for, so be it. If you don't want to get scammed, don't try and do deals with real money. It works 100% of the time.
5. That's completely your side, as you mentioned where you said your connection was closed by a remote host. I've never had this happen to me unless it's my internet.
6. This is the first one I can kind of agree on. It's true that some words said can be pretty harsh, but any racist, sexist, or any sort of discriminatory words toward someones race, gender, religion, etc. are blacklisted. Also, disrespect is a mutable offense, so if you feel someone is crossing the lines with it, make sure to /chatreport them.
7. Once again, a very over-saturated topic. The Quality Insurance team is working hard to fix the anti-cheat, as it's began to bug out recently. It will be fixed in due time.

Here's my feedback on this:
1. The lag is beyond bad. I recommend making smaller servers, or having a disable effects option. Its beyond me how it got this bad.
Good Idea! I think the lag is definitely getting worse.

2. More options for creative. I can't use fireworks and a couple of other things. I needed them for a stage build. I don't understand why some of these things are locked off.
These are locked off due to use of these for lagmachines or exploits, or that they just lag the server. So, Disagree

3. Add a /report. These should be linked to the actual report system, in a command like : /Report (name) for (reason) I recommend you add a certain amount of /reports for someone until its looked into, and can be fluctuated on if theres a full server to one with less people. Like 20 required in a full server and divided from there.
I like this idea, It needs to be done. It wouldn't be abused more then ./chatreport.

4. Prison scamming restrictions. Not removing it entirely, but rather some restrictions. If keys are stolen that aren't voting ones, the theif (if tracked) should be perma banned for committing a legitimate crime, theft. I dont mean stealing someones virtual banknote.
You can't "Steal" keys. They are not something put in your inventory.

5. Connection bugs. I have not been able to join prison because it keeps disconecting or my connection being closed by a remote host.
That's completely client-side, due to lag.

6. More chat censorship. I can't tell you how many times I've walked into a server and seen people swearing like sailors about controversial topics. I wont give my opinion, harsh slurs need to be censored, cause some people get pretty worked up. As soon as one person says it, its a domino effect for the others.
No. Chat is already censored enough. If you don't like the chat, download safechat modification.

7. Your broken anti-cheat. Not many 12 year olds are going to have a Slav chat engine, so start from simple ones like flying in PVP then infinite health / damage then to complex ones like lag switches. Its fine to use trial and error to fix it, just fix simple ones, then move onto ones more complex.
Definitely agree that the server anti-cheat should be improved, but they are working on it.

First of all thanks for all these suggestions, he are my opinions

1) I am usually always laggy when playing all servers so I do not know what specific parts you are talking about however when you say disable effects option is this like effects from the store? Because these can be turned off in sub servers however not in mini games.

2) Fireworks are disabled on creative to reduce lag as well as other things. The reason they are not disabled on other servers is that there is not an infinite amount like Creative. However I do find it annoying sometimes that you can boost your elytra. There have been some things I don’t entirely understand like why bedrock is removed however I’m sure there is a reason for this.

3) I disagree, /chatreport works because the staff can look at the logs to see what the player has said recently but with hacks you cannot really replay hacks so video evidence would be the best. Of course if I staff was to start to spectate that player they can just log off. My solution to the problem would be just to politely message a staff if they are hacking and they can spectate. Having reports wouldn’t work to well.

4) To be honest I do not like the Prison Community much. The chat in prison 1 is 90% of the time just “OoOoHGhhHh thIssssSS pEersSoinn SCamamemer OoOoHgGgHhHh DonrntattatatttTt TrUtstst HimmM IopOoHhhhh” But I get why it isn’t punishable as Prison is a Team PvP based game mode and is meant to be competing with each other to be the best. However on skyblock and survival etc it is just everyone is working calmly to achieve their personal goals. (Prison players don’t hate me lol) However with people scamming like IRL Money it isn’t “Illegal” as you are just buying something and not being paid back however I believe there should be a more severe punishment as scamming someone like $100k On Survival is the Same punishment as Scamming someone $100 on the store. Though I believe it should be fine with prison.

5) I am not sure if it is just on your end and your not at close distance with your wifi but 1 thing to consider would be playing on 1.8 if you aren’t already

6) As for adding more chat censors I guess adding some more common filter bypass as blacklisted words might help but as always if you see someone excessively swearing, swearing at someone, arguing or bypassing you can always /chatreport them.

7) The anti cheat is another controversial topic within MCC but the developers are always working on it and it can not be perfect. So just video report when you can and we can see improvements / updates coming with the anti cheat soon.
