The Community Tickets can be used to send feedback and ideas to the Media Team and the Community Events Team. When writing the ticket, make sure to select the correct sub-team that you want to send the ticket to. This ensures that the ticket gets dealt with by the correct sub-team. If you want to give ideas for new events or new posts, please make sure to include every relevant detail! We also appreciate any feedback that allows us to improve. Positive feedback is also good if you want us to continue doing something, such as an event or some newspaper topic. A Media or Community Events Team member will reply to your ticket as soon as possible. You will receive a notification once they have dealt with your ticket.
