If you're looking to apply for staff, you can do so at https://mccentral.org/community/forums/apply. You won't be able to submit an application until you reach these requirements:

• Forum account for at least 45 days
• 20+ detailed messages on the forums
• Your in-game account must be linked to your forums account. (Log into a lobby and do /link)

The best way to help out the Staff (other than applying for staff) is to report players. You can do so at https://mccentral.org/community/threads/staff-application-guidelines.19/. Alternatively, you can join the discord and inform a staff member in #support.

The reason there are so many hackers is because of the outdated anti-cheat. A custom anti-cheat is in the works and will be arriving before 2021. Due to COVID-19, you can expect more activity from the development team.

i dont think they will just let you join the staff team because you dont want hackers to be playing on the server

 

Hello Jacopettte! While there are many hackers on this server, the staff try their best to accept all forum reports and ban people in-game.
All staff have different timezones, and they have lives outside of MCC. I understand that you would like to become a member of the staff team, but as 89p said, you do not quite meet the requirements yet. A great way to help ban these hackers is to join the MCC discord server and go into support and say @staff member ____ is a hacker. This is one of the fastest ways to get someone banned for hacking. You can also share proof of either a screenshot or a recording at the "Report Players" section in the forums. Have a great day! -Ineffable_

 

Heyya, I am glad you want to apply for the right reasons rather than it to be for self benefit. In my opinion, it is a pretty long process to achieve the staff rank, but much worth it.
