Title says it all. Countless times I've been kicked from waiting lobby in Minigames not because I'm AFK, but because the AFK message blends in so well with the flood of join messages that you literally can't see it. I usually open discord and check the servers I'm in while waiting for game to start, while looking at chat in the corner of my eye. When the message that I'm about to be kicked is literally the exact same color as every other message in the chat, how tf am I supposed to see that. Would be nice if it was &c, or the "bad color", so it's more noticeable and doesn't blend in with the regular chat.
I do agree with you here, sometimes I never notice the afk bar popping out cause it blend in with: "People joining" "Secconds left before the game starts". Having it in red color is nice option, so would the sound feature being implemented to the games when they are about to start, as I don't want to run around for 90 sec or stare at my screen just for the game to start, and with sound it would be much easier to notice that the game is about to starts "when you slide back you can also notice red bolded text about warning you being kicked for AFK" In my opinion +1
I also agree with you. Not only is it hard to see because of the players joining in but also because the chat gets flooded with "Player has joined" and the chat message immediately goes away. It should defiantly be a different colour than the other messages in chat. +1
I agree, a bold, dark red message would be nice. It can be easily done using “&4&L(AFK warning)” I’ve been kicked countless times because I couldn’t see the message in chat, an on-screen warning would also work. I’m happy with either or, good luck with your suggestion.
hey! i completely agree with this suggestion because ive been constantly kicked from minigames for being AFK since i didn’t see the message in time. i don’t see any downsides to this! +1
I think the message should not only be a different colour, but show on your screen as a pop-up as well. Something like the death message in most minigames, but a little longer (?); I was thinking Attention: You have 10 seconds to move before you are kicked for being AFK! With the timer actually counting down, I think players will be able to react accordingly and hopefully reduce the amount of unsuspecting AFK kicks. I don't know too much about how this would work, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
