I can not connect to prison realm 1 but can connect to realm 2 and other subservers. Tries to load then says disconnected.
Hello Stormy! Recently I had this same issue with kit pvp a few weeks ago, and what I did to fix it was turn off my wifi, turn it back on, restart my computer and try to run my game on a different version. I can't remember how I got it to fix, but it eventually worked. I'm not sure if you're having the same issue, but when I would try to log on kit pvp, it would have the dirt screen and say loading terrain, and then get stuck. I had to force quit mc using alt f4 to close it as it was completely frozen. If none of these solutions seem to help, message a staff member about it. Hope this works! Nikki <3
I personally have never run into an issue like this before, you can attempt the things above, or maybe just try logging out of the Minecraft Launcher and logging back in to reset your session with Mojang. If any of the things stated above work please reply back so if the next person runs into this issue we can know what works and what does not.
Hey StormieSky, recently I was in a support call with a person who had the exact same issue (maybe this is you still?). It could have something to do with whatever was left in your inventory after logging off or reset. Try and log back on to Prison 1 again today (after reset).
