Hey Rnssell, If you read the TOS when purchasing anything from the server, you would see that you can't refund anything. To answer your question, you can't refund anything.
As previous replies have clearly stated, the TOS of MCC that you get before purchasing anything say that MCC does not accept refunds. Therefore, doing so, gets you a blacklist from the server for breaking the Terms Of Service. Hope these replies answered your question clearly.
