Can this server run in 1.7 or do u 1.7 is shit I kinda like 1.7 but I don’t really like 1.7 it’s because mobs clip through the ground when they walk
No you cant join on 1.7. Its 1.8+. It would be a massive change to allow 1.7 and its not worth it and it is not something we will be doing.
Like Unadvised said, there's really no point supporting 1.7 because it's a lot of backend work for a change very few (if any) people will utilize. If you're looking to get certain 1.7 (animation, not gmeplay) features into 1.8.9, LabyMod offers some settings you might like. Other than that, there are also many video tutorials on the topic.
