Can I not be immortal??

I don't believe staff change ranks even if you want a downgrade without a refund. I don't see why you would want to be a lower rank anyway. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

you can use the command “/togglehunger” so you lose hunger saturation

 

If you're still dead-set on getting downgraded to Legend, you can always submit a donation ticket and they should be able to manually change your rank in-game to reflect your wishes. If not, then you can also use /togglehunger to toggle/lock your saturation, as Lilly said.
