    idk why but i never win my ancient key in the kit pvp and i am vip immortal my nick its zLucasG0D_, idk why , someone help me

    Hey there!

    If you're talking about the free ancient key you get every month, you receive 1x Ancient Key on the first day of each month. Each ancient key can only be used on one subserver. For example, if you use it on Survival, you won't be able to use it on KitPVP. If you're absolutely sure that you aren't receiving your Ancient Keys and you haven't spent them, you might want to consider either making a bug report, or a donation ticket (as your rank might not have gone through properly.)
